Sorry to keep you all waiting on the edge of your seats for this follow-up post! The last couple months (it’s been two months?!) have been a blur. I was a committee member for my company’s annual fundraising campaign, and it was crazy, but a lot of fun! But no excuses, right? I’m on vacation in Belize right now, so I have a little time to write a short post (right before I go for dinner by the beach).
As I mentioned in my last post, I have another tip about keeping followers engaged on Facebook. I did not come up with it nor did I even find the tip online. But social media is all about sharing, right? And giving proper credit where it’s due, of course. The Volunteer Coordinator at the Reuse Centre whom I get to work with shared this article with me. It speaks to the importance of post length on Facebook. It also discusses how Twitter has influenced how social media users view post lengths with its 140 character limit.
So, keep it short. That is all.
